Irish Cream Liqueur recipe

Description: A delicious recipe for Irish Cream Liqueur, with Scotch whisky, half-and-half, condensed milk, coconut syrup and chocolate syrup.

Ingredients: 1 cup Scotch whisky
1 1/4 cups half-and-half
1 can sweetened condensed milk
3 drops coconut syrup
1 tbsp chocolate syrup
