Icy Ice recipe

Description: A delicious recipe for Icy Ice, with lime juice, lemon juice, orange juice, cranberry juice, salt, lime ice cream, lemon and Pepsi® cola.

Ingredients: 1 oz lime juice
1 oz lemon juice
1 oz orange juice
1 oz cranberry juice
1 pinch salt
1 scoop lime ice cream
1 pinch lemon zest
Pepsi® cola

Category: Non-Alcoholic / lime juice

Mixing Instructions: 1. Stir the juices together in a freezable container and freeze until ice. Crush the ice finely with the lemon zest, and mix salt into the crushed ice.

2. Pour the Pepsi into a highball glass, and quickly add the ice cream and cover with the crushed ice to prevent it flowing out. Serve.
